[LOCK AND RECYCLE PLEASE]

Post by JoshyBoy »

I'm so used to playing one-on-one games that I've lost the knack to win or even compete in games with more than 2 players! I did start off by playing standard kind of games but then I started playing one-on-ones and now I've lost the knack for games with more than 2 players! One-on-ones are all fine and well but it can come down to luck sometimes. And in one-on-one games you only win like 15 to 20 points (well I do at least) but if you win a game with like 4 other players I could get between 40 to 80 points. If i try going back to games with more than 2 players my rank will slump significantly until learn how to get the hang of things again :P lol anyone got any suggestions as to how I can improve?

Thanks, JoshyBoy ;)

Don't be as aggressive as you are in 1 on 1. Wait for the right time to attack.

Yup, you nailed it, the biggest difference in multi player games is that not everyone may be your enemy (thats pretty clear in 1 vs 1) Sometimes a player may make things easier for you to grow if you just sit back a few rounds and see who blows their brains out.

Buy a board game of risk and play with some of your friends, even though I get my ass kicked every time I play them you learn some good face to face lessons that you just can't learn anywhere else.
