The SoC Training Academy and its Training Grounds provide basic training for new and old members looking to enhance their game strategy. "Train a Cook today, lose to a Sergeant tomorrow"
That could work, but you are crowding your men in the Fs. Consider 2 on E3 and 1 on A9. Attack E7 and fortify to E7. If you can move A9 to the Ns later. If you cannot get A9 to the Ns later, then take a look at moving F4 in that direction.
F6 is a good spot to leave a few men. It is hard to get to like A11. I would deploy 2 to E7 and 1 to A9. Take A1 and advance to A1. Next move you should consider moving A9 into the Ns. Overall you are in the good spots, you just need troops in the Ns.

I am red. I have 3 troops to deploy. 2 or 3 troops on A2, 1 then on F4. Then taking card from A2 to E6. Or should I hand cards then I could go to eliminate blue. But It would be a very close call.
OK, I agree that you cannot take anyone out even if you cash in cards. Also, it looks like blue cannot take you out if he has cards. I suggest deploy all to A2 and do not attack, conserve troops.
OK, my logic is that A2 and A12 are you core attack armies in an attack on yellow's outliers. In the next move, with cards you could fortify SA to get yellow.

I am red. I have 3 troops to deploy + 10 extra with handing in cards. If I put everything on A2 I could eliminate yellow but it will be a close call. May'be better going for an extra card from A12 to A10.
You are well positioned, but I agree you do not have enough to take anyone out yet. However, both blue and pink are weaker than yellow, so either could be a better candidate next turn. You want to position you men so as not to preclude going after any of them. That means deploying but not attacking. Also you need to evaluate whether anyone can take you out if they have cards. You are vulnerable to yellow, however, yellow is so spread out that you are probably safe for another turn without attacking. I suggest that you deploy 2 to A2 and 1 to A12 then hold'em.

I am red. I have 3 troops to deploy + 10 extra if I hand in my cards. Suggest dropping all on A12 and then taking out pink entirely. Should be able to do that. If that works out what should be the next step?
Try to eliminate pink, then with your left overs and the card set you get from pink, eliminate blue. Depending ont he situation after that, you may be able to eliminate green or yellow, use your best judgment and good luck
The cash is still to low to justify killing 20+ for 4 cards with the cash at 10. Its a risk that isnt worth it, as in any attempt there is always a chance of failure, and killing a cook for the 10 points and 4 cards isnt worth the risk at the current time. I would not cash and set yourself up to take out either pink or blue next turn depending on what they do.
The odds are just 55% that you will kill pink, and for little if no real gain in strength and 10 points I would advise against it as next turn you will be in much better shape to run the board and kill everyone, and even if that doesnt happen you should be able to get a few kills.
The shot is surely not worth it yet. Going backwards in men is not a good idea.
Sure you MIGHT get the kill and a few points, but getting to blue would be tough as nails. With only a 12 cash you would need to have a split drop which I do not think you would make it with. It is better to sit tight and wait till next round.
I agree with killmanic wait, for the next round to cash. This round take a cheap card.

I am red. I have 3 troops + 20 troops by cards to deploy. I suggest eliminating pink or may'be blue. Green is also possible but then I have to drop on different territories which some advisors here find to risky.
