it means ... mmm I am unsure what it means being banned. At the very least as of writing this post, I cannot see any game where gannable is waiting..
As far as I can tell he is allowed to finish up his games, but create/join no new one's.

i don't put anyone on ignore, and point dumping is against the rules. you weren't busted for point GAINING, you were busted for point DUMPING. sooo, that makes you a cheat, period. you made the decision, you live with it. i could care less. you cheated, i didn't... there seems to be an uber class of cheats on CC now that don't take responsibility for what they have done. so i at least applaud you in that respect. in other words, of the recent cheaters, you are the most noble... wonder if that comes with a medal.-0

but it still ruins the fun in CC ;)

Cases of abuse, such as Point Dumping, are on a case by case basis. We take a lot of things into account: Previous Disciplinary History, Intent, Amount, etc.

If you'd like to complain about anything, Owenshooter, you can take it to e-tickets. :)
