so, finals can suck me dry.

just today I had AP Econ, AP Spanish and AP Bio- tomorrow Advanced Philosophy and Creative Writing- then AP Calc...

but can i study tonight?

noooo... i have to right a 5,000-word essay for my independent study in Middle Eastern History

THAT'S 7 PAGES OF NON-STOP, NORMAL SPACED, NO PARAGRAPHS SIZE 12 TIMES NEW ROMAN FONT!!!

LITERALLY impossible

maybe i should have started a week ago when i got the assignment...

7 pages is nothing, dude. I had law school finals that were 25+ pages and I did them in 2 days or less.

Finals nothing, try working in a office where everyone depends on you to come up with stuff that will save the company from going under but nobody understands your job or what you do. Then you have to make up extensive reports that try to explain to computer-illiterate people how you have been making progress on the software your developing. But in reality your not making any progress because you have to make up weekly reports for your supervisor so he knows what your doing, which of course he doesn't because he is not a programmer, and he comes over to your office seemingly by instinct whenever you get in the zone and asks for an update on the progress your not making. And on top of that you have an entire legacy system, that you wrote years ago and is in sad need of updating, that you have to maintain on the side but you can't spend the necessary time it would take to upgrade it because they want you to focus on the current project. And then out of the blue people walk into your office because the printer doesn't work or they don't understand how to read a billing report. And you never know when the big boss might look over some finance report and decide to cut whatever project you have been working on for the last few months just because it wasn't done when he thought it should have been despite the impossibly huge task of creating such extensive enterprise solution and the fact that despite the scale of the project you already have 90% of it done.

I find it really strange that you are in all those AP classes yet you can't use the proper spelling of "write/right." Good luck anyway. :roll:

Probably because that class doesn't exist, however I guess I was wrong in assuming that intelligence in most areas translated to semi-intelligence in all areas.

actually... both of my parents are English teachers and i'm quite articulate when i try to be... did you see my post in the Why God Exists forum?

I've found when i'm on CC my iq drops about 50 points, not to mention my brother's. Even though he's 3 years younger than i am he's just as smart but acts like a complete dumbass all the time.

anyway, i hate him because he's a higher rank than i am and joing many months after i did. prick.

oh, and i was thinking about posting my philosophy final paper on here in maybe 10-20 minutes... look for that
