I have a new update, asked by a friend to include. He was complaining about a foe list in another tournament, so I'm adding some rule here.

If you try to join a game and someone has you on foe list, you must inform me asap. I will send out a PM to that player, telling them to remove you. Failure to comply within 12 hours
of the PM send time, results in being replaced.

And if you're playing me, just let me join first; i'm not a prick, so I don't have a foe list ;)
