He deliberately took me out on the little yellow mountain to keep the other team in control, admitted to being a spy and there's nothing we can do about it. There are two other highly-ranked players playing against some cooks, and a private or two. We are going to lose boatloads of points because of this guy... is there anything you guys can do?

even if this guy is busted you will still lose that boatload unfortunately thats the way it goes but at least the accused will go on a lot of foe lists

Unfortunately dezzy is right, most likely even if this guy is busted as a Multi or Secret Alliance you will still lose the points if your team loses, unless there has been gross abuse done by these 2 members together in which a point reset might be done.

• 1 (this one) a teams game where they are not partners

• 2 Assassin games

Another account in question should be santiago99.

These players are all in several games together and it is very obvious they help each other win when their not on teams games together. Whether their multis or doing secret diplomacy I dont know.

But a good example is Game 4253482 where both MILO950 & descacador mainly attacked santiago99's target in this assassin game so santiago99 could win and take home 200 points.

That game and many others are freestyle games where you wont find the three of them taking turns at the same time, so most likely multis, but at the least secret diplomacy violators.

With the amount of casualties of points these offenders have caused other innocent players something really should be considered to be done to "pay back" the innocent players in the after math of these cheaters.

it is a big deal. i agree. i am tired of not dropping a game with 2 of my buddies cuz i think i will be nice and teach a private or cook how to play. then they attack me or kill off our whole team.

i am done. i will not play team games with anyone i dont know anymore. this is the third or fourth time in 2 months.

Agree with owen here and ron.If it is known that there is a cheater in a game whether on the same team or against,the game should be deleted.Why should the players lose there points when there is nothing that can be done?Can lack delete a game if this is happening?

I wouldnt pass down the job if offered, maybe one day. But I think right now the job I can do by providing insight on some of these cases is where the real hunters need me. or maybe not, I just enjoy digging into these things and finding this stuff out.

The way they cheated was by playing with one another, now they cannot anymore. Games are not deleted unless there is a server-side issue. Accounts are only busted if they break rule number 1. This has been the way that these cases have been handled for some time.

lance,I have been in several games against multi's.Trips/dubs and lost many points because of it.I sent e-tickets while the game was still active and asked if the game could be deleted because the #1 rule was broken.I was told no.I would like to know what we can do as a community to have a new rule put into effect.I don't understand if it's clear there is cheating involved,why the game wouldn't be deleted.I am not just talking about multi's either.The game ronc8649 is talking about and said above the game should be deleted,I agree that it should.Or if they were rewarded there points back instead of the game being deleted.Any response to this would be much appreciated.

The current verdict is that they are blocked, and although the abuse might be obvious, there might (just might) be extenuating circumstances. No verdict is ever final, it can always be appealed.
With this in mind, its not really possible to say that any game is entirely without merit and should be closed.
Next, there are quite a lot of games that should then be deleted, but mistakes can also be made. Suppose you are in the middle of a really cool game and because the wrong gamenumber has been entered it disappears.. Also, where would you like to draw the line. Say someone is using a multi, but he still ends up loosing, should you not get those points because he was a multi?

The currect ruling is clear, easy and does justice in a lot of cases, but not all. I'll admit CC is not yet perfect or i would only roll sixes.

Not only should this be BUSTED, but CC needs to have a game termination rule. When cheating is found during a LIVE game, the game should be terminated, with no points lost by the victims

That's exactly what I said.I sent a e-ticket as soon as the multi was busted and asked if the active game could be deleted.I was told no.As far as a wrong game # goes,that is why they have mods.They look into any game in question.And I feel that no matter what,whether u end up winning or losing the game,it should be deleted.This is just my opinion.I asked above what can be done.
