Captain part of what you are saying is a legitimate concern which is being debated at the moment, there is however by no means a consensus that the Obama/Brown solution is the best way forward. The results may well be damaging but the fact that many of the leading nations
are resisting make your claims of a unified 'new world order' look pretty much baseless.
Jay the fact that you have zero understanding of this issue has become painfully clear as comic boy ably demonstrated, your ramblings about $10 loafs of bread merely further confirm how divorced from reality you are. I could be wrong though so why dont you back up your fear mongering with some solid economic data, show us exactly how this hyper inflation will happen given current or proposed circumstances......waiting patiently

As the economy is flooded with new printed dollars, the value of those dollars lessen. Simple supply and demand. The supply increases (with each new bailout) the demand lessons (people losing jobs, not spending) So inflation sets in. The data is there. I'm not going to spoon feed you. (because frankly, even if I did, you would still dismiss it) Google is your friend.
THE DEBATE IS OVER...

You dont seem to know the difference between inflation and hyper inflation ....what a surprise So I am quite happy to bet you $1000 dollars that an average loaf of bread will not be costing $10 in the near future......obviously you will be keen to take my money

I would be willing to take you up on that bet, but by that time, $1,000 will be worth next to nothing.
Well Jay was talking about the next couple of months but I will be generous and say a year, so we just need a third party to hold the money ok. I propose Player or Luns, both upstanding citizens and devout Christians , I trust them not to steal the money.

Sounds good to me. Maybe we can finally have world peace.
Not only that but the Old World Order obviously was incompetent. They had their chance when they took power from the Ancient World Order. I think we should all demand reparations from them (OWO), and that those reparations be paid to us in Ameros.
You Old World People know who you are...get on it!

I believe inflation will start to show its ugly head in the near future. The loaf of bread? Who knows how long it will take but..." a loaf of bread will buy a bag of gold" (a bag of gold being a days wages) So, you can expect to see a loaf of bread go for a lot more than $10 sometime in the future. And when it does, your $1000 might buy me a kit kat bar.

So now hyper inflation has become ' inflation' and a few months becomes 'sometime in the future' ...........fastest retreat on record

Do you see similarities between the economies of the USA and Zimbabwe ?
Yes.
Please enlighten us then
Do you understand how an economy works? And, do you understand how dire the shape of the US economy is? It sounds to me as though you think that you can spend your way out of debt, monetize your own debt and balloon the Government to unsustainable proportions (all in the face of a looming Social Security nightmare... don't forget that) in order to spruce up an economy that has lost over half its value in just 6 months. Get the picture now? Or, if you have a better view, share it.
EDIT: never mind, you are just a tool for ignorance. I have to ignore you.

Well wal-mart shoppers, we will likely see it soon enough. Enjoy your billion dollar can of Coke. You're probably not even bright enough to see you have not offered Jay a fair bet.
Capt. Crazy, get B.K. in there and maybe Heavycola (unless he's banned) and I could get on board. Why would you not prefer to chat about that sort of thing out here in the open though?

I just want to make a clan about it. talk about it exclusively with others sometimes. Why does anyone make a user group. Arent there Jesus hater user groups here?
Ok, well I try to avoid this place as a rule, my clans are pretty inactive. I'd still like to have B.K. hanging around to amuse me if I'm going to talk about whatever. My biggest beef with discussing cults, end times or the wealthy elite is that it can so quickly turn into this time sucking exercise in futility.
Pre-trib VS. Post? It doesn't matter. if I get raptured cool, if I'm here to the end there's some purpose in that so why discuss it?
Incedentally to clarify my personal position on that. I believe we are post trib currently until I see something worse than being sawn in half alive, I have a pretty active imagination and have not figured out anything just yet.
Thats fair. invite your BK friend and lets go for it. I think that the main thing I hope to accomplish is to have regular article postings from various sources.

Yes I would ignore joe if I was you because he has run rings around you, I notice you didnt accept his wager You use words like dire but the term is relative and in truth there is zero chance of the USA suffering from hyper inflation in the short term, to become a basket case like Zimbabwe does not happen overnight and for an economy as big as yours it would take very many years of mismamagement on a scale far in excess of what is actually happening.
There is a global depression so clearly there is scope for short term pain and a degree of inflation but this does not equate with the doomsday scenario that you envisage, not even close.
