Hi Wacicha and Bruceswar, With more points it goes up and down fast. In the beginning you think it is better to play lower placed players, but later on you notice it's best to play your own level for points sake. Thx,RedFun
Started as COOK now I'm PFC and 6 points away from corporal
EDIT: just made CORPORAL and am now 30 points away from CFC
if any one is interested, the reason I finally started winning some games and rising in rank (besides the tutoring I received here) was because some guy named Darthvadar contacted me and asked if I wanted to be in a tournament. I said sure. The tournament was for COOKS only. It was the same 8 players on 10 different maps. No fog and escalating spoils. The only bad thing about the tournament was that the play order was FREESTYLE. So in the later rounds when it came time to eliminate people, who ever got to the game first had an unfair advantage (because at the start of each round every single player is able to take his turn at same time). Anyways, it was really great for me to play with 7 other people who were new and unskilled like me for once. I ended up winning 5 of the 10 games. I should have won at least one other game but some one got to the game before me and ended up getting the weaker players' cards. There is one game still unfinished but I am about to win it on my next turn. But ya, as I already stated, it was really great to play some games with people of my own skill set for once. I have been staying in contact with Darthvadar and he will be hosting other tournaments like the one I did if any one is interested. This probably isn't the proper thread to be discussing this but if any one has any questions feel free to PM me.
