A number of the remaining residents of Finn Rock gather at a local coffee shop, discussing many of the items that pollute their mind. Broomhead yells fiercely at Wicked, but she turns a cold shoulder and plugs her ears. He rises from his seat and tosses his chair across the room into a glass display case. As the shards shatter into the atmosphere he storms out and near rips the door off the hinges. Houssam like wise throws up his hands and looks above into the heavens. With a cooler manner than Broomhead, Houssam slowly creeps out. Master Bush and Wicked converse pleasantly for a few minutes after the departures. Each then exits the building, with Reverend_kyle following close behind. Master Bush, Wicked, and Trestain head in the general direction of one of the safe zones, but Reverend_kyle lingers back. As the three figures disappear over a small hill, Reverend_kyle darts off careening through back yards and alleys. With his legs burning in pain sweat starts to drip into his eyes. For a moment Reverend_kyle can't clearly see and stumbles over a collection of trash cans. Sprawled out in pile of sopping wet bags and face resting in old rotting fruit, he passes out. After twenty minutes of attempting to regain consciousness he manages to recollect himself and his mind. A few yards down the alley Broomhead turns and heads toward Reverend_kyle. He helps him back to his feet and cleans him off. Reverend_kyle graciously takes the aide of Broomhead. He then starts to converse with Broomhead, and tells him of the plans that were made at the coffee shop earlier in the day, after he left. Listening, Broomhead reclines on a trashcan lid soaking up the information. Broomhead thanks Reverend_kyle and starts to walk toward his safe zone. On the way he slinks back and forth between cover, trying to hide himself and his trail. After minutes of steady and quick paced travel, he manages to make it safely to his zone. All the while Wicked, Trestain, Master Bush, and Xenhu search out in the open for Broomhead, each with metal clubs bobbing up and down in their greasy hands. After an hour of searching, evening grows darker and the party is forced into the safety of their respective zones, metals clubs clean and dripping of only putrid sweat.
Due to Reverend_kyle's DOUBLE VOTE (No Unvote), the first vote, 'Vote:Trestain' is counted and the other is discarded. Thus, Day Three ends with a FORCED NO LYNCH as a Lynch majority has not been reached.
Let the Fourth Night begin! Send in your night choices.
The rules as stated in the first post does not say that Unvotes are necessary or optional. In this instance Andy is well within his rights to interpret a No Lynch based on what is written down.
This is just splitting hairs here. It's not like we're playing in the mafia league championships or something. It's clear that kyle wanted to vote for broom. Now he is gonna be here for the next day, and we're all screwed.
"You know what they say about Love and War...." "Yeah, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's War."

This is just a technicality and nowhere in the rules does it say you MUST unvote before revoting change that end of day scene this is not right.

there must be a way we can protest about this, any idea's anyone?
