Just hang tight though OP. Let me update the font on the small map, and I might have to reposition some army circles.

I think it'd look better if you reduced the size a bit…

I am not sure about the electric green impassible. It does not seem to fit with the rest of the map. The background gives a light forest feel and the colors second that but that electric green seems out of place.
I can't wait for this to go through, I don't play Brazil now, it's to hard to look at.

Here's the final images. There's not much else I can do with this map. The fonts are a bit different again, but very plain. The green non-crossing borders will stay as they are. OP - if you want to start the recentering of the xml - be my guest.

On the small map, where you have "GFX Revamp RjBeals", the GFX looks like GRX :?

It doesn't just look like it, it actually says GRX.

Well, I went to start the re-centering today, but the problem I have is that the mapmaker tool found at: http://conquerclub.com/mapmaker cuts off the images on the right side and the bottom so I can't see all the territories.

That didn't happen when I did the centering for gimil on the British Isles REVAMP.

EDIT: Tried it on several computers, but got the same result.

Suggestions?

I think the color of Boa Vista and Porto Velho should be lightened slightly to make them stand out more from the background. I know the current color matches the color of the bonus region, but I think it blends with the light green in the background a bit too much. Perhaps add a slight outer glow, or simply match the font color from Sao Paulo and others to make it more legible.

By the way, this is a beautiful revamp =D>

I don't know if I've posted in this thread yet (due to the amount of time it's been up  ) but this is easily one of my favorite maps visually :)

Alright, here is the small map with the XML properly centered. I think I have them all, but a second set of eyes checking it over is always good. Also, I fixed all the UTF-8 character set problems that were in the old file from the original map. The XML now has the proper character set declaration at the top and the proper entities within for the special characters in territory names.

I'll do the large map tomorrow. Right now I need to get some other work finished. :P
