"Day 209: The worlds has turned to darkness. It is imposible to see anything with no source of light whatsoever. As I have said, 209 days ago, a nuclear bomb was dropped and almost the entirety of civilization was wiped out, along with almost the entirety of land mass, leaving just our small town left. Or at least that I believe. Along with a small amount of other people. The others seem to have turned to canibalizm. Alas however, so have I. As I roam the streets each night in search of food, I find dead, half eaten, bodies. Thus my suspicion of canibalizm. I take them back to my saferoom, the saferoom I have held for the past 208 days. I inspect the bodies, and it seems they are infected with some kind of plague. I find that any trace can be destroyed with boiling however, making them edible. This seemed like a good food source for the past 100 days, but I seem to be finding less and less bodies. It must be a decrease in numbers. At my estimate, about 80, besides me, remain. It occurs to me that as their numbers decrease more, there is more of a chance they will find me. I just pray that theres only 1 left before that happens. I guess we will have to see.
