Assignments will be random. Once everyone is assigned, the 32 people will be placed in 4 different pots based on rank and then each group will get one player from each pot. The way things are shaping up now, each group will have (more or less): one major, one captain or lt., one lt. or sgt-first class, one sgt or below.
