Comments: Three players already busted for being multi's in this game. These two players have been non-aggressive toward each other for 30 of 31 rounds. Only once has madmcq attacked jac99, and that was very early in the game. They leave near nothing on their borders and never attack each other.

Well considering why would teal be concerned about red at all. Really he's very powerful probably has the game in hand. If it was a secret diplomacy I'd bet it would be red that would be winning and that is not the case.
This is a matter of difference in gameplays. Yes, it could look odd on why Red is not positioning himself to assault teal with the 42 troops he has but it could also mean that he is protecting his own bonus region. If he attacks now, he is prone to be more vulnerable to having himself be attacked and may have nothing left but of what remains of his then 42 troops. He may also not be aware of the game chat or is simply ignoring them and choosing to play his own game. This also happens to be madmcq and jac99's first game played together so far. We would need more than one game of suspicious gameplays to warrant a block. If you think they are having a secret alliance in this game, feel free to give them ratings you think they deserve.
