Hey guys.

Don't worry. If Jabajabba is a farmer then he has made the wrong choice in entering this tournament and will end up losing a shed-load of points... :-s

If, however, he really is a good player, then the tournament will gain from his presence.

Either way it's a win win situation for you guys. :D

The Feudal Tourney was epic -- I'm not a Warterloo fan, but I'd like to put in a request for your next tourney. It's all about the New World.

i just dont see point of this farming business talk. even if he is so called farmer, after so many games he prolly learned a thing or two about waterloo. can everyone else say same thing about themself?! i think future games would tell much more then words ;)

Guys and gals before you all jump on this thread both COF and myself are fooling around about jaba because we both know his skills.

He is a great player and we have played many games with him. I appoligize if i gave you all the wrong impression.

Thanks Badpat, spot on. I was really just having a dig at the immodesty of posting '72 wins from 76' when the oppo hasn't exactly been of the highest calibre.

I beat up an entire kindergarten once and only sprained my ankle when I tripped over one of them.

Re: The WATERLOO (As it should be played) Tournament - ON THE GO

Post by freakns »

as i already said, killing someone in 15 rounds without spoils when we all starting with 26 territories, thats 78 soldiers, with additional 8 per round is going to be rather impossible task. unless 3 players start hitting 4th endlessly which isnt too sporty id say...

Here are 5 random games between equal(ish) opponents in each category...

Quads

[game]1960732[/game] - Finished Round 7
[game]1960744[/game] - Finished Round 13
[game]2456444[/game] - Finished Round 17
[game]2415776[/game] - Finished Round 8
[game]3321505[/game] - Finished Round 10

Terminator/4 Player

[game]1779201[/game] - Finished Round 15
[game]2088838[/game] - Finished Round 16
[game]2645961[/game] - Finished Round 13
[game]2889347[/game] - Finished Round 18
[game]3027920[/game] - Finished Round 29

Doubles

[game]1779200[/game] - Finished Round 7
[game]1989783[/game] - Finished Round 6
[game]2241496[/game] - Finished Round 8
[game]2395705[/game] - Finished Round 7
[game]3760569[/game] - Finished Round 7

These were random games that I chose. I didn't search for stats to prove my point...

As you can see. There is only one game over 20 rounds long in the 4 player/Terminator games and only one game over 15 rounds long in the Quads & Doubles. I have therefore decided to extend the deadline in the Terminator games to 20 rounds and keep the rest at 15. I will send out a PM to this effect immediately.
