I'm sure this saddens all of us Tournament players, but the Tournaments must go on!
So, to keep things moving, I'm taking over the duties for this tournament. The original rules are posted below, and will continue unedited unless something drastic happens, at which time I will reserve the right to act in the best interest of fairness.

Description
Your team mate will be your “Ally and Enemy”. There are two segments to this tournament; the team play and elimination. In one segment, you will have to work with your team mate to win. In the other segments you will fight your teammate to survive. When Signing up, you need to have a quad team.
Game Play
There are two segments; Team Play and Elimination Play
Round 1 [Team Play]
Map: World 2.1
8 Quads - Each team will play 3 simultaneous games and a total of 7 games
The two teams to score the lest amount of points (See below) are eliminated
Round 1 [Elimination Play]
Map: BeNeLux
24 Players – Each quad team will play 3, four player standard games simultaneous
The player with the least amount of points (See below) in their team will be eliminated
(Ties will be broken by additional games between those tied)
Round 2 [Team Play]
Map: Great Lakes
6 Triples - Each team will play 2 or 3 simultaneous games and a total of 5 games
The two teams to score the lest amount of points (See below) are eliminated
Round 2 [Elimination Play]
Map: Iceland
12 Players – Each triple team will play 2, three player standard games simultaneous
The player with the least amount of points (See below) in their team will be eliminated
(Ties will be broken by additional games between those tied)
Round 3 [Team Play]
Map: Canada
4 Doubles - Each team will play 3 simultaneous games and a total of 6 games
The two teams to score the lest amount of points (See below) are eliminated
Round 3 [Elimination Play]
Map: San Francisco
4 Players - Each double team will play 3 two player, standard games simultaneous
The player with the least amount of points (See below) in their team will be eliminated
Finals
Map: Malta
2 Players – The final two players will play 3 or 4 simultaneous games and a total of 7 games
Win 4/7 to win the tournament!
Score Charts
Your points will be erased after each round, but records will be carried over. If there is a tie between points, the team or player with the best record will be put ahead

Score [Elimination Play & Finals]
- Win: 1
Loss: 0
Missed Turns Penalty[Team Play]
- Each team will receive an allotment equal to the number of players on the team for that round (i.e. round 1, quads, 4 players = 4 "free" missed turns).
For each missed turn over the limit the team will receive a -.5 penalty.
The "free" missed turns may be missed by any member of the team (i.e. player 1 missing 2 turns and player 4 missing 2 turns would be acceptable).
Should any of the members of your team deadbeat out of the game, the game is forfeited to the other team. This is because of the fact that all of a player's countries go to the last player on the team to take a turn upon deadbeating. With a large map like World 2.1, this can be a HUGE advantage while trying to gather bonuses. It hurts on cards, but by that time it might be too late for the other team.
