Who will be the Admirals of the High Seas?
Have you ever seen a whale up close? The photo in the tournament banner was taken here in Mexico, on one of our dive trips. It’s a Humpback Whale and they come by here when they migrate in the winter. Sometimes we see thousands of them coming by for days! What does that have to do with this tournament you ask. Nothing, except that whales live in the high seas.

This is the 14th tournament in the Lx Doubles Series (see below for more info).
Tournament Set-Up
[spoiler=tournament set-up]We will play with 16 doubles teams. Bracket will be random. If you win you’re through to next round, if you lose you’re out (elimination style).
Game Style
All rounds are best of 3. Game settings are sequential, chained and:
Round 1: Flat rate, sunny
Round 2: Flat rate, fog of war
Round 3: No spoils, sunny
Round 4: Escalating, fog of war

Signing Up
[spoiler=signing up]1.- At least one player on the team needs to be an officer (i.e., have 1600 points minimum at sign up).
2.- Sorry, only premiums.
3.- No signing up in advance anymore, first come first go.
4.- Teams can sign up in this thread or send me a pm.
5.- I will NOT hold a spot if you do not sign up with a partner.
6.- You can also sign up as a reserve player or reserve team.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=notes]1.- You have 48 hours to sign up for a game. If a team has not joined within that time limit, the other team wins the game.
