I think he's attempting to accuse GENERAL STONEHAM. I've reviewed the game and it's game log for you Jonathan. Here's the thing...right now it appears that blue (lotus3884) is the actual and eventual winner and NOT 'green'. He's the one who has the +3 bonus via Westfjords territory. You stand in his way as a threat from attacking him from behind via Husavik and because he has to also worry about 'red' (stevechip), he needs to assure that he attacks all your single armies - it makes sense because you're weak in "Eastern" and thus it's easier for him to cardspot. Now, the other problem YOU have is that you are pretty much scattered and in everyone's way, so to speak. With green having the possibility of securing a bonus of +4 in Western, he's going to do his best to eliminate any threats to prevent what appears to be his eventual goal. So, perhaps you may want to a) re-evaluate your game plan maybe even offer a truce, and b) not let your frustration from the game to get the best of you via potential unwarranted accusations of player(s).

Blue is definitely winning the game. If you have questions as to the purpose of the other players, you can always ask them in game chat. Nothing has been said as of yet.
Checking the game as of now, everyone is playing their own game. Blue has a region bonus but is watched by green and red. Green's bonus is being checked by yellow, and red, is, still hanging there. Cleared.

You first should of mentioned something in "game chat", I'm sure you would of been informed by everyone that there was no secret alliance going on. Besides, we're playing a "ESCALATING" game where card cashing is sometimes more important than bonus territories.
