1) people join the clan
2) people make passworded games
3) other people join the passworded games because you have access to the PM list to all other members of the clan
4) if someone:

• deadbeats
• N00bs too much
• cheats
• is hated by clan members
• other

you get thrown out
5) now when ever you make an assdoodle speed game all you have to do is send out a massive PM and it will fill with people that will play properly and it will fill quickly as people who want to play ass doodle games will know about it sooner

RULES:
they will be decided by the clans by voting, the leader has no real power other than doing the jobs that the clan members want (ie add a member)
how ever i expect the following rules but i cant vouch for any of them
remove foe for all clan members
using the BCC when PM members
deleting PMs after game fills/ends

once again
ALL RULES WILL BE MADE BY THE CLAN MEMBERS

and
YOU WILL GET THROWN OUT FOR BREAKING RULES, but the specifics (number of warnings etc.) will be decided by the clan

A usergroup existed called Doodle Assasins, I was in it at one point. Not sure if it is still around, might have been deleted.
