Hey everyone, I'm back.
Been a year and a half since I posted on these boards, so gotta make an appearance in the longest thread before I re-introduce myself to the community.
OK well, that just about pre-dates my appearance, but, um, welcome. I'd say "Welcome back£, but instead it's more appropriate for me to say "hi".

The quality-control on flag-makers is quite exacting (not just for US flags, which is I guess what you meant) - they have to be sturdy enough to last if people are buying them 'cos they like 'em, and yet still be easy to burn if that's what you intend (a surprising percentage of all flags made end up getting burnt).

Hey Ak. Come back to once again delete that other thread?
Been a long long time. I had actually thought it had been more than 1 1/2. Good to see you again.

Well in our family if the flag we bought touches the ground we burn it.
