Love the local stuff!!!
Despite you telling me about this all the time, I still have yet to try this particular Bell's.
Since moving down to Texarkana, I've been sticking to Dos Equis. Found it to be rather refreshing, particularly after our 95 F (35 C) temps we're having here.

Oh, and Falco, could you explain to us why no one south of the border drinks Corona?

Then flying back out to AR on Monday June 29th. After that, probably not until July 31.

This needed more attention.
b.k. barunt wrote:My problem is that it all tastes like horse piss to me. I drink it for the effect, not the taste. When i go out drinking i do 6 or 7 shots of Cuervo before i leave the house so i won't have to wade through a couple 6 packs to get where i want to be. My wife insists that this proves that i'm an alcoholic - not because i drink a lot, but because i just drink it for the effect. Wtf?

Thank you.
I'm dead serious about it too. The first (and only) time, I ever had a Bud Light, I honestly thought the friend who handed it to me had played a trick on me.

According to the advert in the paper they will have 60 real ales on the go, local ciders and perrys, a hog roast, archery and jousting. Although I'm not sure how sensible archery is with all that beer flowing. It is going on for two days. So I make that 30 beers a day with a cider chaser, fortunatly I dont like perry so that'll ease the burden somewhat.
I will let you know how it goes later...........or possibly tomorrow..........or Monday
