when is cc peak going to happan??

Most users ever online was 1533 on Mon Feb 16, 2009 9:45 pm its good to see that CC is still growing!!!!! when do you think that CC will reach its peak??

That was quite a while ago, actually. Ironically, I feel like CC is actually dying a bit.

I think the rate in which games are created is still increasing, but there always seem to be fewer people online...

this site needs some major changes are needed to rejuvinate the site... hopefully they will come

We are actually hovering at the same area for the last couple of months. Lack's next update should surely help expand the base of users.

cc activity is cyclical, there are booms in september(when school starts) and in january/february(when school starts). and there are lulls when school is out(ie: summer & december)

i think that there would be more people if they brought back the clasic map or free people can play 5 speed games a month. but it is still growing.

We've gone long periods between setting new online user records before, I think part of it is just luck, or sometimes a special day such as the anniversary celebrations and such.

or it would grow if the free guys would pony up the cash... ahem... always asking for more free stuff... i dare you to go to another site and get half as much as you get for free there, as you do here... CC always lulls in the summer, nothing new..-0

The funny thing is that traffic is actually up right now compared to in February. I remember we were setting a record pretty much every Monday for a little while, the that record is not site traffic. It is just for number of users on the forums simultaneously. Perhaps now there are more users who aren't visiting the forums or more people online spread throughout the day instead of all at once. Probably a combination of both. Either way, we've actually seen a decent amount of growth in the last 6 months, but minimal growth from this same time frame a year ago.

If you click on the Board index and scroll to the bottom, you get to the online statistics ("Who Is Online"). If you look around, it says how many people are currently online.

"In total there are 878 users online"
