I also went to the 4 th grade at Oosterstraat, which was next to a bath house next to the canal. I remember a lot of older Dutch folks complaining about the crime that the Suriname people brought with them when they started to live in mass in Amsterdam. They also hated the inter-mixing of their children with the Blacks from Suriname. My Aunt married one and my cousin had three bi-racial children.

Maybe, you didn't experience the flooding of immigrants where you live in your bunker in some countyside farm, but many in Amsterdam have....asshole.

my mum lives on the otherside of the country and hasn't tucked me into bed for quite a number of years now. I definatly didn't grow up in an affluent area. Identity theft as you describe it is rarely due to illegal aliens. They just want to work. The criminals are the ones actually taking the IDs. That said, yes, the illegals are helping to create the market, but allowing them means to be legal (NOT an option right now for most Mexicans because the guest worker programs and Visas are so far below the demand -- demand by American citizen employers, that is)
