How do you become someone's foe? And being said Foe does it ban you from all games that person enters? I am curious because I am someone's foe and I have never played against them to my knowledge.

Anyone can put you on their Foe List for any reason they would like to. Sometimes people foe those with low scores, others those who have beat them in a game, others who are annoying to the user. Any number of reasons could get you on someone's Foe List.

And yes, being on someone's Foe List means you cannot join games they are in.
