Round 1 divides the 32 players into 8 groups of 4, named A-H. Each group plays a round robin(everybody plays each other once) so that there will be 6 games per group, for 48 games total in round 1.
Settings will be Standard, Seq., Escalating, Chained, No Fog. A game is drawn when play exceeds 15 rounds. 3 Pts for a Win, 1 Pt for a Draw, 0 for a loss. Top 2 players of each group advances.
This round, each player plays 3 games. http://www.random.org will decide who plays home twice, and who plays home once(as you cannot play 1.5 games home each). You will play 1 game at a time. Preniums, in case you don't know yet and are about to complain/suggest something about this, let me just tell you : Even if you play ahead you will eventually still need to wait for freebies.
