Both games which started 2 weeks apart from each other are the only 2 games played by logicalfoe.
In game Game 5212914, those helped each other by not attacking each other or by leaving 1 single units for the other to complete a region. They also seems to share thier fog vision. At round 12, red (control Rockies) knew that green had both west and new england but decided to cash in his units and make the perfect path raid to break my southeast region.

These are the only games played by logicalfoe as of now. He is a new player and could also still learning the game. We would need more games with strong evidence of malicious plays involving the same players to warrant a block.

The fog in Game 5212914 is now removed and the game log clearly show that ever since "West" and "Rockies" got captured, non of them ever reinforced Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Utah. They were clearly both in advantage for gaining troops every round and logicalfoe had to be very aggressive on all other players. You can see the pattern of logicalfoe attacking Missouri -> Arkansas -> Mississippi to prevent corfish and I from having a region while doing nothing against logicalfoe.

It was also expected that logicalfoe would skip his last turn since he already had 5 cards and would have made celtwarrior wait longer for his victory.
