A call(out) for help... 1v1

Post by YoursFalsey »

In some tournament play, I've discovered that I am apparently quite bad at 1-on-1 play, a situation I would like to correct. Hence, I would like to find opponents for 1 or more 1v1 games so I can practice. I'll accept opponents of any rank, but I would prefer non-coms (so I have a chance)

Anyone interested, reply here or PM me so settings can be agreed upon. I generally look for games that are flat-rate, chained, and foggy, but- particularly since I'm trying to boost my tournament skills and tournaments are rarely determined by my wishes- any settings are acceptable. Likewise, I'm not looking for any particular map, so random or classic is good...

A few preferred settings of mine:

malta, flat, chained, sunny/fog
2.1, esc, chained, sunny
i'll also play classic in any variation besides adjacent

I'll play basically anything besides: AOR1, 2, or 3, feudal war, age of merchants, supermax(too big), treasures of galapagos (too many neutrals), battle for iraq (too complicated), Battle of actium ( just never played it...), city mogul (i suck at it), conquerman (dunno whats going on... too much stuff), operation drug war (i've never won), poker club, waterloo ( never played, too big), ww2 ardennes ( i suck at it), and pelopenisian war (too many neutrals).

so send me some games w/ passwords and i'll join, or i'll make a few later on and send them to you
