Anyway, I did NOT drink any of that beer, I was just holding onto it for one of my family members, I swear officer.
Fun fact: In Ireland, the drinking age is 18.
I noticed that, too.strike wolf wrote:Red eyes...hmm...you aren't the son of darkness are you?Lucarilover240 wrote:So if anybody's interested, here's a picture of me from my Ireland vacation. Yeah, that's me. Geekiest looking guy ever, right?

I agree.targetman377 wrote:JJM wrote:A historian studies something by reading books about it and then they right there own book. WRONG fail
If I had a seal of approval, I would give it to this.targetman377 wrote:muy_thaiguy wrote: JJM, historians are taught to see history in "gray" rather then "black and white" as many historical events had good and bad effects, as well as the people who caused those events. Just like Andrew Jackson. Yes, he did betray his native allies and force them out of their homes and historians do not excuse that, but there is always a flip side to something or someone and Jackson is no exception. He is the reason that the British were driven off for the final time in the War of 1812 (the Battle of New Orleans), and also made it possible for the common man (oh, like you and me and most everyone else) to vote, rather then being limited to white, christian, landowners. Historians see the give AND the take, not just one over the other. Historians make it their life's work to understand history for a reason, so that pseudo historians and alternate historians are not taken seriously by most people.

I'll fix it.strike wolf wrote:I'f I met a historian who spells like you I'd be a little worried about the information he's telling me.targetman377 wrote:JJM wrote:What do historians know that we don't. I am studying to become a historian. Historians are some of the smartest people on the planet. Why? Because they need to know a lot about a lot of different things, such as biology, geology, English, culture, math, and science. There are few people on this planet that can hold up a lens and I will call them smart, but a historian is a smart person and their job is to KNOW THE FACTS. Okay, so do not call yourself better then a whole field you know nothing about.
I'll fix'em.strike wolf wrote:Ummm...I think you have a few typoes...targetman377 wrote:Jackson to me is a great president. The thing he did best was show leadership and cooperation during the nuafacation(?) crises
