Regrettably, Team CC is staffed by humans, this means that they are fallible and are prone to making mistakes. Some of which have been quite high profile in their own right, such as the perma banning of DM and t-o-m(the t-o-m ban was later reversed). So you will have to show them some patience while they assimilate the information necessary to avoid screwing up as spectacularly in future. Let's face it, they're human, and we all know humans are stupid, thus this sort of thing is to be expected from time to time.
