CC Music

Post by Jesse, Bad Boy »

When you play CC (or any other video/strategy/war game), is there a particular music you like to listen to? What groups/bands/singers/genre?

I have an entire play list dedicated to pumping me up and playing music during those kinds of games. From top to bottom, they are:

Anti Flag
Avenged Sevenfold
Coheed and Cambria
Deftones
E Nomine
The Mars Volta
Nine Inch Nails
Primus
Joe Satriani
VNV Nation

All of these musicians have the best music to get pumped up too.

What do you listen, if anything at all?

It depends on the map.

If it's the space map, I listen to Relics of the Chozo, which is a remade remix of the Super Metroid soundtrack.

If it's a terrestrial map, I usually listen to Bob Dylan or Pink Floyd

And if it's a futuristic/historical map, I just let Winamp decide.

Almost always System of a Down. I only switch bands if I've been playing CC so long that my entire System playlist is over

I really like the first two, I'm okay with the last two (which means a lot coming from me I'm picky).

I listen to Queen when I'm on the attack, and listen to Johnny Cash when I need to play more defensive. Any Irish rock works too.

I design my own music using Garageband...
But other than original design, Evanescence, Linkin Park, and Nickelback.

Listening to music makes me want to attack more. I listen to whatever I'm listening to at the time...
