Saying the f word is not punishable. And there's nothing to punish when you don't fill out the form correctly (like filling in game numbers).

Since this is done in Live Chat, I would prefer that the chat moderators handle this, especially at a time when he is actually doing it, for them to assess the situation. Because of the dynamic and always-going nature of chat, all rules and guidelines are interpreted according to the situation solely at the Moderator's discretion.
