The walker. It was nice to keep them in there and occupied for a while if you had to do other things. Soon enough they start walking and want to explore and hate being in the walker.
my walker turned into my first homemade gun. I was such an adventurous little assassin.

It means "he said it himself". It was at one time the ultimate appeal to authority.
Homework assignment: find out who "himself" was.
ok i understand
Cicero, in De Natura Deorum (I, 5), refers to Pythagoras's students debating, saying "ipse dixit", that is, "he said it himself", speaking of Pythagoras, whose authority they considered strong "even without reason"[1].

Interesting. I'd always understood it to refer to Aristotle...
yes because wiki's never been wrong. I thought it was Aristotle too. I just didn't want to argue with the History major and now that I think about it. Ipse Dixit is Latin. It may have originated in Greece (I believe the word ipse if not dixit does) but it's latin.

In other news, I think Inglorious Basterds is one of those movies where it just has to settle in how great it was. All I know is I woke up this morning thinking about how awesome it was.
