actually, he is, but not about it giving a huge advantage, which at times, it obviously can.

JR jr there doesnt realize that there is an advantage because its easier to set yourself up, and not forget the plan. It of course is dependent on the skill of the one player, in comparison to the team.

Of course, taking turns for someone on vacation is no big deal at all, since it does have to happen. I dont even think like JRsr likes that, but he must recognize that he has the unique benefit of making every turn. Even I have had a babysitter make mine for a few hours here or there when I was late coming home. But never longer.
