its not harsh... every time i send him an invitation i told him if he doesnt have spots, he should contact me back so i can get in instead of him. and the only reply i got from him after he screw up was "you are an idiot". why am i an idiot? "i tough we have 48hrs, and plan to have free spot by that time, and blah blah blah... and i told within 48hrs im not going to be able to take a spot in that game..."

Blitz are we allowed to add/drop a player from the team? We are going to be down to 4, and if this is ok I'd like to bring one more in so if the game load for someone gets too heavy I can switch them out. I promise I won't bring a ringer in.

yeah, that's fine, just post who you are adding and who you are dropping, or if you are dropping anyone, maybe you keep all 5 and add a 6th player, however, that 6th player or new player you add to your team will need to play a lot of games, because he or she is like 3 rounds behind. If not, then if your team wins, the new player may not be able to get a medal, so, just make sure whoever you add comes kinda close to catching up in the amount of games played to you guys, and post the name so i can update it, thx.
