Exactly, why play a #25 clan if they're a Top10 clan? A lot of discussions on getting a ranking system out there that doesn't rape the higher ranked clan. We'd have to beat the Knights something like 32-18 ( I haven't done the actual math) in a 50 game challenge to gain any ground.

urgh thats not good. i didnt even realise it was like that. so that means our (id) ranking will drop as tofu beat us, but they are ranked low?? thats no fun
Yeah your challenge against them as far as you were concerned, was for shits and giggles. I can only assume that the spread was too big for you to cover... not even sure Thota could cover it. I'd be highly impressed with them if they could, or extremely disappointed in the strength assessed to stofu.
But they beat you outright, so you will lose ground no matter what.

it would be after CLA, or at least close to the end of it. we did decline TOFU's offer of a challenge until after the league is done and dusted, but we are all agreed that we should be playing against TSM first anyway as it has been on the cards for a while. in response to the other question, yes, i think it was maybe a month or so before you joined that we were politely declined - jim cited a lack of map diversity as the main reason which i'm sure has since been remedied!

We should have time to play a challenge with another clan from now until then I would think. Thota and TSM can crash in 2010.
