There are two possibilities for this, mafia or mason. Since he wondered if we lynched at night, he may be mafia, since masons cannot kill at night, only by the public lynch at day.

He means that you cant talk at night as stated in your pm or you could talk otherwise, only possible to the masons or mafia. You thought we could vote to lynch at night, but the only people who can kill at night and have a system even close to voting people to lynch are mafia, as other night killers decide on thier own who to kill.
