Can't seem to leave feedback anymore

The feedback system was replaced by ratings.

My mistake, I meant ratings. The red 'you can leave.." line doesn't seem to activate and I can't seem to do inside another's profile, either.

So, when you go to the Recently Finished or Eliminated tabs of the My Games page, do you see the line beginning with "Leave rating for:" beneath each game?
