I'd like to remind the admin that this guy was "noted" for his PM abuse against me as well as repeated statements to opponents in game chat. Perhaps you can do something about this guy?

I have to agree with Queen Herpes. You warn someone for using one of the worst words in the English language in such a demeaning, insulting manner - do you support racism? bigotry?
Given David Staten's history and the vile words used against others in the past, he, in my opinion, was well deserving of more than a slap on the hand.
I'll remind you of the outline that Conquer Club has provided to users regarding flames...

Flaming will get your post edited/deleted and will get you a warning from a mod. Cyber-bullying and abusive bigotry will be removed, and a mod will probably come down on you like a ton of bricks.

So, if by "a mod will probably come down on you like a ton of bricks" means a warning...does that really mean "we (conquer club), don't care"

No...after a warning comes a warning. That is often followed by a warning and if things get especially serious, then you an expect to see a warning being issued. In extreme cases a warning will be handed out and finally, if the racist member has still failed to remedy their behavior, then our admins will resort to their most serious, lethal and final weapon: a warning.

Now trolling however, has a very different escalating ban system indeed...

I should have eplained myself better. He was warned for that post in ref to this post. His last warning was for Harassment. Therefore a warning was issued for this one. If there is an issue with the ruling please submit an E-ticket. This Post will be locked. It looks to me that there is enough posts on here at this time, where all have had there opertunity to speak there mind on the subject.
