Ok, so you guys are in support of a medal that comes in before Bronze, then?KraphtOne wrote:wooden medal...

I saw one of the mods type that out somewhere. I assumed it had to do with the forum provider...but that is the limit of my knowledge...which obviously could be wrongthe.killing.44 wrote:I don't understand. You mean he pays by medal? I think you buy the mod for medals, and then you can make as many as you want. I know for a fact WidowMakers makes the images.

Anybody have anything to say about adding an additional medal that comes in before bronze? The level I am suggesting here is "Tin" and woul be awarded at 10 on the cross-map achievement and 10 on all the other achievements as well.
As mentioned, we need another metal or alloy at any level over Platinum. Diamonds are for Kings and Queens.assassin07 wrote:i think this is good idea but Platinum should be 600 and Diamond 800

Ultimately it will come back to "who benefits from this?"assassin07 wrote:Well maybe now lack and them can set them up but if it does pass it might be awhile b4 we get themQueen_Herpes wrote:I like that also.Tupence wrote:That was my immediate thoughtnatty_dread wrote:Titanium?
Any thoughts on a lower level medal? One that comes in at 10 victories?Tupence wrote:That was my immediate thoughtnatty_dread wrote:Titanium?

The current medals already ARE pretty easy to obtain. They take longer for non-premium players, but hey ... they are also playing FREE (yes, that includes me now, but I was premium for 2 years).safariguy5 wrote:Hm, I could see the appeal of an easy to obtain medal to a new player, but I wonder if it would dilute the prestige attached to a medal. I mean, I was proud as hell when I got my first cross-map medal. And to be honest, I kinda felt the ratings medal would act as a sort of medal of the masses sort of thing.
IRONY anyone?Queen_Herpes wrote:Excellent off-topic post. Please put up your own suggestion!Captain_Scarlet wrote:just to add to the discussion - how about a medal for good sportsmanship - recognise spirit and players who maintain a 5 rating after a 1000 games or 4.9 after 2500 - anyway just an idea to toss around
and I couldnt see this posted but why isnt there a medal for escalating?

And yet, you just berated someone else for not reading through YOUR thread....Queen_Herpes wrote: While I know we are obligated to read all of the previous posts to see if something was suggested previously, I wasn't about to read 153 pages of suggestions to get there.
I like this idea and have already incorporated it into a separate recommendation. It takes a long time to post a well-written suggestion! Thank you for all of your thoughtful posts to my suggestions, I appreciate the time that YOU have taken!stahrgazer wrote:A way to do something, but not dilute 'medals' is to award a ribbon for participation after 10 games in each of the styles; but have that ribbon replaced with a medal once those honors are won.
