About multiple accounts usage

You cannot start more than one account, for any reason.

Well, if they both had premium, I doubt there would be as much concern.

I believe I did a search on the forums once and there was something about if you let the mods know then they can flag your account or something and its cool.

Personally I'm kinda curious about the whole thing myself because my family got me in to Risk and I'd love trying to get some of them online to play CC, but I worry that it'll flag some of them as multis.

Your family can play just give us a heads up. I doesn't mean anyone can make two accounts and claim they are family. there are way of telling the difference between family and multi's.
