My point still stands. It is not affecting your ability to play a speed game. If you don't use BOB anyways, then like I said, ignore the box, it isn't doing you any harm.
That box makes me scroll..... How is it not effecting me?

Well, you said you didn't use BOB, so you didn't have the statistics before, so if you aren't using them anyways, why bother scrolling?

I agree- it's hard to see how someone can complain about a change because they feel it "levels the playing field."

As for fog of war- I'm not sure it's really such a change- it doesn't tell # of armies or armies due for other players, and I think most of us check the logs anyway, so telling number of territories just saves us the effort of scrolling and counting. I like the change, and I give it a thumbs up!

I am glad you guys are working on the site but I need to say my honest opinon...I think this is a crappy addition and theat it doesnt help the game...it just provides a distraction and alot more scrolling on a already small comp screen I have...

I say make this a hide away feature...for those that dont want it we can minimize or take it all away like large or small map...that might work

That is where the card numbers are.... all the way on the other side....

Which is an easy fix that does not require the entire box of information being made optional.

OP, he aint alone on wanting the disable button. I were the first one that mantioned it, and many others have said they want it aswell, so why are you then argueing against it?
Its just some of us that really dont some of these changes you make, and want the opportunity to keep it old school. So please get your heads straighten out and give us this god damnit disable button.

it seems only low rankers are cool with this...that is because they are lazy...any good player can do a quick bonus/troop count in like 1 glance at the map...why is it so dumb for those of us that pay to be able to have the options we like?

im not like really angry or anything im just wondering why you guys always seem to implement the lower ranking players wishes and never cater to higher ranking people that put a lot more time and energy into this site...

This is a terrible update, BOB is tonnes better, and the new system is fucking up my BOB clock. Remove this rubbish update and concentrate on more useful things that need doing.

I play a good amount of fog and don't find it to bother me at all in those matches. The key info remains hidden.

Sorry, sliding from side to side is annoying. Bob has more details and is much more useful. I'm happy if people want this change, please give me the option to remove.

It took some finagling, but I was able to get map size and font size to the point that I can see all without sliding from side to side.
