We are stuck at 24 teams right now, and so this tourney does not die, i will be changing the rules

-I will PM 1 person on each team, the first 16 teams to PM me back wanting in will be put in the tourney

-This will still be a single elimination tourney but of 4 rounds (with 16 teams) instead of 5 rounds (with 32 teams)

-besides that, all the same rules. I will delete the old list of names and replace them with the first 16 to PM me.
