If you read the game log, green spends 8 turns doing nothing but attack yellow (me) while pink is the power house. The two of them work together without announcing their secret alliance. Constantly attacking the same opponent, without announcing they are allies.

the game last 23 rounds.. of those 23 rounds Pink has Oceania from round 5 (collects his bonus on round 6 to round 20) so all the way through the game pink must of had a big troop advantage.. now here comes the good stuff.. this is all the times Green (the accused), attacks pink
Green hits pink: Round 2,5,7,12,14,15,16,17,18,19,22
Most of the time it was only one region but there was never a time (other then round 20, and 21 were green consecutively hit u (yellow).. )
IMO this is a waste of mod's time..
The two accused are currently in their second game together..
And one more thing, at one point u wiped green out of his bonus in South America.. the only other person to have a bonus...
If u dont like greens play Foe him and rate accordingly...
The 2 accused didn't carry out the strategy that would best suit you, so you feel they are teaming up against you.
I don't feel there is enough evidence to warrant a secret diplomacy in this case and as said before they have only played 1 other game together. More proof would need to be there to warrant disciplinary action.

Rini, reading the chat and also working the other case you made from this game I would venture to suggest to you to tread carefully in here. Your demeanor in chat is progressing in a bad way that will eventually build up enough to warrant disciplinary actions against you for game chat abuse. And making claims that hold no merit for your own personal vendetta's will lead to C&A Report Abuse. You have not done either yet, but given the pattern I have seen you go down I don't see either of these 2 out of the realm of possibility unless you change your attitude.
