The games are all 6 players, casual, terminator, sequential, automatic, escalating, unlimited, sunny on classic map.
There will be 24 initial games. The 36 players with the highest terminator scores from those games will continue to the second round of 6 games. The 12 players with the highest terminator scores will continue to the next 2 games. The 6 players with the highest scores will continue to the final game. The player with the highest score in that game wins the tournament. (In the odd chance of a tie that must be broken to get the correct number of players, ties will be decided by a 1v1 classic standard, escalating, unlimited, sequential speed game.)
Many members, graduates and teachers of the Society of Cooks have already joined. This is the map and settings the Society of Cooks works with, so come and show us whether we are doing it right.
Both premium and freemium players are accepted.
I will take reserves.
I will set up the games, randomly assigning players to games. I will use the invites to send out games to join. You will have 24 hours to join and if you do not join you are out of the tourney and replaced with a reserve. In all games, you will get two 24 hour periods. No exceptions to this rule. (This means, don't sit on a game, move it along.)
There is one game not quite done yet, but here are the scores at this time. The final game for the tournament medal is next. The top 6 point earners go to the final game. Stay tuned.

mpjh, freemiums do not have the right to play speed games. Does this mean that no freemiums are allowed?
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm looking forward to getting my ass kicked by players from all over the world. It's my New Year's resolution.

Freemason are allowed. If we get a freemium in a tie, we can set the break-tie game up as casual that you play in real time.

Hi. Can you explain what you mean by this?
Also, do you know roughly when it will start? I'm a free account, and right now I have all 4 active slots full.
Thanks
This means you cannot let your turn go the full 24 hours before playing except for two turns. Basically, it means playing the game as soon after your turn arrives as you can.
It will take a while to fill all the player slots, so you should have plenty of time to finish one game and save a slot for the tournament.
