Hey, everyone knows that Dom is a douche. He loses to a low ranked player (which could never happen ) and then he complains. I know for a fact MM is a good guy and I have had the pleasure of talking with him about his son. In fact, the Legion is considering MM right now, and we may even consider his son if he gets his games up and goes premium. This is not cheating. Shame on Dom. Unfortunately, this is not a new low for him, but it is close. Bottom line is that I can vouch that there are two different players here...not a multi.
The reason this hasn't gotten mod attention yet is because we are human too with families outside of CC.
Several of us went on vacations and time away with the holidays and we are all playing catch up, and the priority of ruling on one case over the other isn't always because ones easier then the other.
I've looked just now at both accounts and see no foul play as a multi, but I haven't officially got all my hunter training yet so I am requesting King A to run a check as well. So this will be pending until I get his results, which by the way he has been swamped to. Will get this verdict back as soon as possible.

343 Guilty Spark can rate & foe DomQuebec as he sees fit. In the future we would like to see more detail in the presence of a cheating claim but their is nothing spurious about the report so it meets the requirements and is not a violation of policy.
Y'know, spending a little more time around the C&A forum since this happened, I'm finding it really handy to comb through here on a regular basis. I've foed about a dozen people -- some who were reported and in violation, others who were report and maybe didn't cross the line technically but were still a-holes, and others for filing douchebag reports.
I figure it'll save myself a lot of future headache. I miss the old rating comments. They may have been more work for mods, but they were more useful for players.
