I m not so sure but clearly something strange going on with these two guys. They are both from the same country US. They play together in 3 games and they are both playing in such a short amount of time,right after each other. Take this game 6223035 they are the only one who played so far...and the time between is so close. The next one is the game where we just start playing 6213490 ...and it's same story....

Man this is so fishy... check the time.. and ip.... This is the same guy...I am telling You...Why they are not attacking each other... the OWL is getting 43 troops are You kidding me and this guy playing still defensive?!...common...l what is he waiting for ????.... look at this Game 6223346.... You don't have to be very smart to figure out this?...He has two accounts...one of them is Premium... so it works very well so far...the other one is just to cover his profile...He is good,but He still making the same mistake... like all cheaters....He is forcing his favorite profile...in this case.... Owl...!!!
That was the first round and you are accusing them of cheating because they placed their troops within minutes of each other. Did they both just join the game and happen to be online at the same time. some of the other turns were 3/4 of an hour, more than 4 hours, 1/2 hours apart.
I did run a check and Volgorean and Owl are CLEARED of being multi's.
