Comments: they often take turns right after eachother in their dubs games, like 20sec between the moves. and i have seen one going offline and other one comming online during the moves

Are you guys saying that they can log on and off fast enough to have a 2 second interval? That seems way too fast. Plus, these are team games, so it shouldn't be a big deal if they are playing eachother's turns, etc. What is the advantage they are gaining? Also, in a couple of the games, it looks like they are on at the same time. I don't know either player, so I have no opinion, these are just my thoughts.
Not easily done in same sec, though possible with lots of lag.
Are they ever not partners in same game? Very easily can be two different people in same house with one good computer and one wimpy one. (So they normally share the good computer)

the fact that they reinforced at the same time clears them i think

In the first turn of your game with them they both preformed an action at the exact same second. That would in it self would cast doubts on them being multi's. This is a freestyle game, you are accusing them of taking their turns to soon after each but you and your partner are doing the same thing.
I did do a check and azcats01 and RyanT2600 are CLEARED of being multi's.
