As its not a big problem for u because ur premium its still a pain in the ass/annoying have to play out the game... This would be more serious if he was doing this often and to freemium players...

Haha had to get the proper forum ... anyway i see he is only playing speed games, so no freemiums are being harmed... I think most of his bad ratings come from his chat rather then holding someone hostage.. I looked through the last 5 or 6 games he has won and it didnt look like there was any similar cases... as Alex correctly said, foe and rate as u see fit.. this will probably be noted.. but nothing more..
