Duck and Cover 3 (featuring REAL NUKES) [Winner: Jobiwan]

The first two tourneys with these settings filled up fast. This is the third.
We're using NUKES for spoils and playing 4-person Assassin games.

Players per game: 4
Assassin
Automatic
Sequential
NUCLEAR SPOILS
Chained
Sunny

We need 16 players and a couple of reserves.
Particpants will be randomly placed into one of four four-player games.
The winner of each game will play in the final.
