muting rude, insulting players

Concise description:

• there are very many, really rude, obscene players on cc. the game needs a way to mute/ignore these players, both in the game chat and for personal messages

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• i won't even let my children join as there are so many obscene, rude and obnoxious messages. it will improve the game considerably because it will allow courteous players the ability to mute rude, cursing players and allow children to play and be shielded from the rude players

if you foe a user you can no longer read their comments in the game chat or read their post in the forum :3

if your kid wants to play just foe everyone that post inappropriate things so he/she can read them

if you find a player insulting in gamechat you can mute him/her/it by the foe button. this is a players own responcibility. The forums are lightly monitored. In this case, dont do it here again please..
