So bring it back. If they have even slightly good service, they should have given you some sort of warranty. Just take it back, explain that the operating system was not reinstalled correctly after the repair, and they should make things right with no cost to you.
And if they don't, then that repair shop sucks and you should never conduct business with them again.

School sucks this week. It's not that I'm having any difficulty in classes or anything like that, I'm just BORED OUT OF MY MIND. Normally, halfway through first period, I leave to go to vocational tech (special classes at a different school, for those of you who don't know) and don't return until the start of sixth period, which is my lunch period. Well, this week was regents week, and most of the schools stopped regular classes, so only students who had to take regents exams had to come in. This of course, led to vocational tech shutting down for the week as well.
HOWEVER, for some reason beyond my comprehension, our school decided to be the ONLY one to continue regular classes. So now, without vocational tech, the only classes I have are TV Journalism 1st period (Which we aren't doing much in ATM), Economics 8th (Again, not doing much ATM, this class in particular had just started due to the new semester), and Gym 9th every OTHER day. So now I sit in our school's library messing around on my laptop for 4 periods, which wouldn't be so bad if our school had wireless connections that we could USE. But no, that would be preposterous. So our library has not one, not two, but THREE wireless connections, NONE of which the students can use.
The library does have computers in it for public use that DO have internet connections, but it's mostly some sort of fucking joke. They have the filter set so high, the vast majority of websites get blocked, including an unneccisarily large number of legitimate sites that could be used for projects. The category "News and Information" is BLOCKED. So our school's internet is all but completely pointless.

In other news, I'm just sorta pissed today. Not sure why. Every little thing just seems to be annoying me today. Not angry at anyone or anything, just irritated in general.

Like right now: I'm on Steam trying to change my profile's avatar. Whenever I try to upload an image from my machine, it reads "Image must be a .JPG or .PNG", even though that's exactly what it is. Not too big a problem. Regardless, I now have an urge to hurl my laptop from my 2nd story bedroom window.

i am one of the only people i know who LIKES yes i said that LIKES vista i like it better then classic windows too!!!!

Or you could make them pay to have it repaired by someone who actually knows what they're doing...or my personal favorite. Sue em for every dime they've ever made + the lawyer's fee that you paid to sue them for.

They are just trying to keeop you from using it for porn. WHat I used to do when I had a free period or two would b e to go outside and play police ball. It's a fun version of baseball/cricket involving a lot of rules that are a bit hard to describe.

Oh guess what I've earned all my shirts for Left4Dead2 (avatar awards). Actually I wish there were more of them. For that matter I wish it had some better achievements too. Like some achievement for killing the witch on realism expert mode without anyone dying, I've done it once, you need explosive ammo.

Vista gets a little more crap than it probably deserves to get...however it's still a bad system and every indication I've gotten is that Windows 7 is awesome.
